The crazy blue quilt is coming along...I didn't get as far as I'd like to have this weekend. I ended up cleaning up my quilting corner and organizing a bit. I realize now that I can't buy any more fabric until I use up most of what I have. A fun challenge?

Almost one month later... I finally am getting back to my blog. Busy times... I always say that. But it is. My mind is racing every day of what I can cram into it. Today I chose to do some quilting... this quilt has been sitting around for a long time... and it was finally time to get it done. So here it is. This is a church quilt. This summer we [the quilting ladies] were swamped with awesome donations. One anonymous donor brought in 6 boxes full of pre-cut polyester squares. Not everyone was happy about this donation... but there were a few of us who like working with polyester... and I never knew polyester could have such fun colors and patterns. I'll have to find a few of my favorites and share them with you.

And this one is another church quilt in progress. I started today. This is a senior quilt for this next spring. I made a pink/blue/green one already.
