Do you see that in the mirror... that is ours. Yes we bought a bus. Didn't I tell you? Well maybe not because it has been consuming our lives for the past month. We are in the process of converting it to a skoolie- which is a bus to a motorhome. Really it's going to be a 15 passenger bus- that has a kitchen, toilet/shower, bunk beds, 3 tables, seating for 15 among many other brainstorms and amenities. It has been quite fun, however EXTREMELY tiring. It's countdown time till this bird flies... to Mexico. Pretty pumped... however, I have to study for my CDL now cause we are taking 17. If it were only 15, I'd be good with my license, but nope. More the merrier... ok I'm leaving you with one last photo...
It's a 1994 Ford Carpenter... she runs very well... actually it's name is Bumblebee.
A recent conversation with my dad about a book he read led me to Frontiers website where this video is from. We were talking about "Brother Yun" who wrote the book Heavenly Man. Here is the website that talks more about the mission of the Christians in China. Back to Jerusalem... I recommend a look at both.
Happy Canada Day!
D and I just got back from a week in Canada, visiting our teammates from Youth Encounter. One of them got married. It was a beautiful wedding... we had a lot of quality time with Boots and her family... reminiscing about team memories- actually laughing mostly over memories...
